PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ischemic tissue cell therapy.SOLUTION: A subject of the present invention is a composition and a method for treating ischemic diseases or conditions, in particular for treating myocardial ischemia, CNS/cerebral ischemia and limb ischemia. In more detail, the present invention provides a method of treating disorders by administering monocytes collected from blood including cord blood, peripheral blood and bone marrow, to an individual who needs treatment, and a medicament is administered to the individual at a time point that is concretely determined to provide therapeutic effect. In one embodiment, cells are for injection to ischemic cardiac muscle for treating cardiac angina. |
