PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a native, site specifically mutated, and synthetic peptide comprising portions of human androgen receptor used in treatment of prostate cancer and breast cancer, and a composition thereof.SOLUTION: Provided is an isolated or purified or partially purified, peptide-derived molecule represented by the general formula (S1), capable of inhibiting or preventing interaction between androgen receptor (AR) and SH3 domain of tyrosine kinase Src. The peptide is used in medicine, particularly as an anti-tumor agent. |
