<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain dryer capable of improving drying efficiency at a drying speed desired by an operator while converging moisture unevenness of grain.SOLUTION: A moisture value of grain is measured several times according to a charging amount during one circulation of charged grain in a storage chamber (2), a degree of moisture unevenness is grasped from a distribution of moisture values (Mn) of the charged grain obtained by the measurement, a scheduled circulation time (H) necessary for converging the moisture unevenness to a prescribed width by the circulation of grain, is calculated when it is determined that the moisture unevenness is a set value or more, a drying circulating operation is executed at a drying speed corresponding to the scheduled circulation time (H), and the drying operation is executed at a drying speed set by the operator until a target moisture value for drying is achieved, when it is determined that the moisture unevenness is the set value or less.</p> |
