<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument normality maintaining device and an instrument normality maintaining method capable of maintaining the normality of instrument during plant operation for long time.SOLUTION: An instrument normality maintaining device 20B includes: instrument abnormality determination means 40 that determines the normality/abnormality of n instruments 9-1, ..., 9-n; and instrument piping cleaning control means 50 that controls ON/OFF switching operation of a line and a cleaning pump 4 for supplying a cleaning liquid to instrument piping as a determination target of the normality/abnormality, in which at least a part thereof is multiplexed and four-way valves 3a, 3b which are disposed at the inlet and the outlet of the multiplexed portions; especially to the multiplexed portions where the pressure difference between the inlet side and the outlet side is larger than a predetermined value to thereby clean the duplexed portions in the instrument piping.</p> |
