The invention relates to a device for laser transmission welding of two plastic parts (100, 200) to be joined, wherein at least one of the plastic parts to be joined contains an absorber for laser light, the device comprising a processing head (10) with a processing side (12), a processing-side outlet shaft (14) for at least one laser beam (16) and a laser-transparent pressing means (18) for pressing together the plastic parts (100, 200) to be joined, wherein the laser-transparent pressing means (18) is guided in the outlet shaft (14) decoupled from the processing head (10). A method for creating a welded bond of two plastic parts (100, 200) to be joined by laser transmission welding is also specified. |
