The sheet printing machine has a transfer drum (02) which is provided with an interior pipe whose one side is provided with a cavity. An external pipe is arranged coaxially to the interior pipe, such that the external pipe is turnably mounted on the interior pipe. The casing of the external pipe is provided with several apertures which are provided with a controllable plug correspondingly. The apertures are opened at the circumferential surface and are conducted to the cavity through the inside portion of the interior pipe.
