The present invention relates to a novel composite die process and, more specifically, to a forming process using a progressive inner transfer die which simultaneously performs a process by arranging three single dies in one press with one progressive die but transfers a material between dies in a transfer die manner. The forming process using a progressive inner transfer die includes: the progressive die process having a first stage of a process of piercing and perforating a material using one progressive die, a second stage of a process of notching and cutting-off the material, and a third stage of a idling process for transferring the material; and a transfer die process having a first process for bending three surfaces of the material passing through the progressive die process at an angle of 90 degree using three transfer dies, a second process for bending end part of the material, which is bent at an angle of 90 degree, at an angle of 45 degree, and a third process for hemming the three surfaces of the material bent at an angle of 45 degree. The progressive inner transfer die process is a novel composite press technology capable of improving a production process in a press work site and increasing productivity. The progressive inner transfer die process can achieve equalization and gentrification of a product, strengthen the competitiveness resulted from cost reduction, and increase in quality by making a new production process management standard of a press work by die design and production technology. |
