The present invention relates to a membrane humidifier that is usually used for fuel cells. In the present invention, the structure of the membrane humidifier is improved so that cost is reduced and a sealing force is improved. A ring-shaped groove that is formed in a length direction on both sides of a housing in order to fix the housing to an epoxy potting layer for fixing both sides of the housing to a polymer pipe that is installed in the housing. A plurality of stopping holes are also formed so as to prevent a male screw from being damaged on the outer circumferential part of the housing, wherein the stopping holes are connected with the inner circumferential part of the housing in order vertically cross the length direction of the housing in the ring-shaped groove. The male screw that is formed on the outer circumferential part of the housing is assembled with a female screw that is formed on the inner circumferential part of an end cap, thereby maximizing the sealing force of a packing. In the present invention, the housing is fixed to the end cap by means of a screw assembling technique using a female screw, so that assembling properties are improved. Also, the packing is strongly compressed, thereby maximizing a sealing force. |
