The present invention discloses a rotating electrical machine including a stator and a rotor which are disposed to have a magnetic air gap inbetween and facing each other; an output shaft which is coupled to the rotor and arranged to be rotated by at least one bearing; and a fan which is coupled to the output shaft, wherein the fan comprises a circular plate portion for covering an end portion of the stator in an axial direction; and a plurality of blades disposed to protrude toward the stator on the stator side of the circular plate portion.
