The present invention relates to a method for producing gold ginseng through combinational fermentation of gold and ginseng, wherein the method comprises the steps of: preparing a first fruit fermented liquid by fermenting unrefined sugar and any one selected from tomatoes, Weolhasi, and a mixture of tomatoes and Weolhasi; preparing a second fruit fermented liquid by inoculating yeast in the first fruit fermented liquid, followed by culturing and then mixing with purified water; putting ginseng in a fermentation container, applying a gold extract and a riboflavin solution thereto to perform precipitation, spraying the second fruit fermented liquid, and performing fermentation through a fermenting apparatus at a temperature range of 45-70°C for 200-300 hours; after the fermentation, performing aging in the fermenting apparatus at a temperature of 40-55°C for 360-480 hours through wet heating using convection current heat and a convention current heat circulation manner; and, after the aging, performing further fermentation and aging in the fermenting apparatus at a temperature of 25-35°C for 240-360 hours. |
