The present invention relates to a gas pressure type chemical strengthening treatment apparatus and a method for manufacturing chemically strengthened glass using the same, wherein the apparatus comprises: a pressure chamber which pressures glass with ambient gas to provide space for processing the glass with chemical strengthening treatment; a processing tank installed within the pressure chamber, wherein a potassium source solution is filled for chemical strengthening treatment of the glass; a heating means installed within the pressure chamber to heat up the processing tank; a gas supply unit which supplies ambient gas within the pressure chamber; and an air pump to emit the ambient gas within the pressure chamber. According to the present invention, ion exchange depth and amount of ion exchanged can be increased by reinforcing driving power using gas pressure. |
