According to a wireless terminal of the present invention which has a mobile communication unit for forming a wireless communication range with a mobile base station of a mobile communication network and an exclusive packet communication unit for forming a wireless communication range with a wireless base station of an exclusive packet communication network. The wireless terminal includes: a multiplexing unit for simultaneously processing a voice call using a voice channel and a wireless exclusive packet communication using at least one wireless exclusive packet communication channel which passes through a wireless base station of the exclusive packet communication network through the exclusive packet communication unit; and a management unit for managing the mobile terminal to convert the screen into an application screen which uses a wireless exclusive packet communication while a screen corresponding to a state which the voice channel is being connected while the voice channel passing through a mobile base station of the mobile communication network through the mobile communication unit is connected.
