PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding device capable of winding both electric cable and optical cable at the same time.SOLUTION: The winding device includes: a light rotary joint that is coupled to an end of an optical cable disposed at one rotary shaft end of a reel and fixed to a frame; and a slip ring that is coupled to an end of an electric cable disposed at the other rotary shaft end of the reel and fixed to the frame.
