PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL device capable of suppressing luminance unevenness without deteriorating luminance.SOLUTION: An organic EL device includes a cross sectional structure having an organic EL element comprising a first electrode layer, a functional layer and a second electrode layer stacked on a substrate having a planar expanse, and, as the substrate is viewed in plan, has a light emitting region 30 and a power feeding region 31 contributing to power feed to the light emitting region 30. The power feeding region 31 includes an outside power feeding region 33 taking one of anodes and an inside power feeding region 32 taking a cathode. The outside power feeding region 33 is located so as to surround the outside of the light emitting region 30, and surrounds a portion of 90% or more and 100% or less of the entire circumference of the light emitting region 30. |
