PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a driver to recognize the need to change a pedal when the action to change the pedal is needed.SOLUTION: A vehicular travel control device 1 includes an acceleration/deceleration pedal 2 which sets a deceleration area on a side where a pedal stroke is small and sets acceleration or deceleration of a vehicle set according to a pedal stroke, and a brake pedal 10 which can set deceleration larger than a maximum value of deceleration that the acceleration/deceleration pedal 2 can set. A controller 9 determines whether it is necessary to make change the stepping foot from the acceleration/deceleration pedal 2 to the bracke pedal 10 as necessary deceleration is larger than a maximum value of deceleration that the acceleration/deceleration pedal 2 can set, and informs the driver of the need to change the stepping foot when it is determined that the change of the stepping foot is needed by changing characteristics of the acceleration/deceleration pedal 2.
