<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of performing caching without making a user aware thereof even when a failure occurs in a network in the case of transmitting data from a portable terminal to a Web server, and capable of performing data retransmission processing and the notification of a problem on an application which has occurred in the retransmission to the user in accordance with the state change of the network.SOLUTION: Whether or not a network state is normal is determined in order to transmit data input by a user in the Web browser of a portable terminal to a Web application server, and when it is determined that the network state is normal, the data are transmitted to the Web application server, and when a failure occurs, the data are registered in an untransmitted data storage means. When the state of the network is normal, and the failure is restored, untransmitted data registered in the untransmitted data storage means are transmitted. In this case, there is possibility that an error as an application occurs. When it occurs, a user is warned of the error.</p> |
