<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power device unit capable of precisely controlling gate current with a simple circuit configuration.SOLUTION: A power device unit 1 having a power device 105 includes: a variable voltage source 107 that generates a variable voltage; a level shift circuit 103 that overlaps the a voltage from a source terminal with an ON voltage when a gate terminal performs an ON operation or an OFF voltage when the gate terminal performs an OFF operation according to a voltage generated by the variable voltage source 107; a current gate driver 104 that outputs a gate current according to a voltage output from the level shift circuit 103; a current control terminal 114 provided on an output terminal of the current gate driver 104; and a gate current setting section 108 that changes the gate current according to the output voltage from the variable voltage source 107 via the current control terminal 114.</p> |
