This mobile communication system, in which a base station applies a precoding matrix stipulating downlink transmission directivity and performs downlink multi-antenna transmission, has a first user terminal that selects one of either first precoding matrix information or second precoding matrix information as precoding matrix information for feedback to the base station. The precoding matrix information is referenced in the base station when determining the precoding matrix to apply to transmission to a second user terminal establishing a connection with the base station. The first precoding matrix information indicates a precoding matrix that is favorable to the first user terminal. The second precoding matrix information indicates a precoding matrix that is unfavorable to the first user terminal. |
