In a mobile communication system that performs spatially multiplexed transmission by applying the same wireless resources and the same precoding matrix to a first user terminal and a second user terminal, a base station is connected to the first user terminal. The base station notifies another base station, which is connected to the second user terminal, of: a first statistical quantity for each unit of first precoder matrix information resulting from feedback from the first user terminal; and a second statistical quantity for each downlink wireless resource in the first user terminal. |
