<p>The invention relates to a barrel-covering case formed from a hollow parallelepiped (1) without a lower base, made from polypropylene, comprising sections (3) of the same material in the upper base thereof (2) and on the back, characterised in that the measurements thereof are such that it contains a conventional beer barrel (4), resting on the mouth and valve of the barrel (5) and containing, in the centre of the base, an opening (6) having a diameter such that a human finger or other object can be inserted, allowing it to be raised in order to free the barrel (4), and having, in the perimeter of the upper base (6), a ring of non-slip plastic material that fits on the edge, the faces (7) of said parallelepiped being joined by means of inner and outer hinges (8). The case can be dismounted and folded for the transport thereof, conventional joints (9) connecting all the faces (7) being provided for the assembly thereof. A board (10) is arranged on the upper base (2) in the form of a table.</p> |
