PASTE AN EMBRYO IN THE VITRIFICATION STRAW

The present invention relates to a straw vitrification method, and more specifically, to a cryopreservation method of a germ cell which pastes an embryo in the vitrification straw (pV). A method of the present invention reduces loading volume thereby increasing freezing speed and directly transplanting the vitrification-frozen embryo to a receiving body after melting without an additional test process so that it is useful.
