Formulation for producing a polyurethane system, preferably polyurethane foam, comprises tin- and/or zinc ricinoleate, optionally tin carboxylate, a mixture of urea, sugar alcohol and polyethylene glycol, optionally organic solvent, at least one organic isocyanate having at least two isocyanate functional groups, at least one polyol having at least two isocyanate-reactive groups, optionally further catalysts for the reaction of isocyanate-polyol and/or isocyanate-water, and/or for isocyanate trimerization, water, and optionally physical foaming agents, flame retardants and further additives. Independent claims are also included for: (1) producing the polyurethane system, comprising using the formulation; and (2) the polyurethane system produced by using the formulation. |
