The purpose of the present invention is to provide a thermal-electricity composite generative system using a combined energy of a photovoltaic energy and a geothermal energy capable of increasing energy efficiency by generating electricity and heat using solar light, solar heat, and terrestrial heat. The thermal-electricity composite generative system comprises: a solar cell module (100) which has a passage through which a heat source side heating medium heated by solar heat flows and which generates electricity using solar light; a terrestrial heat exchanging unit (200) absorbing terrestrial heat using the heat source side heating medium; a heat pump (300) which has a heat source side heat exchanger (300a) exchanging heat with the heat source side heating medium and a load side heat exchanger (300b) exchanging heat with a second heat medium; a control unit which sends the heat source side heating medium, which is cooled by the heat-exchange performed in the heat source side heat-exchanger (300a), to selectively pass through the solar cell module (100) or the terrestrial heat exchanging unit (200); and multiple pipes which make the heat source side heating medium to flow by connecting the solar cell module (100), the terrestrial heat exchanging unit (200), and the heat pump (300). |
