According to one embodiment of the present concept, a grid-connected type solar inverter includes a first photoelectric cell (PV) array; a first invertor which is connected to the first PV array in parallel; a second PV array; and a second invertor which is connected in parallel to the second PV array. One end of grid power is connected to the first invertor and the other end is connected to the second inverter. The minus terminal of each dc bus of the first PV array and the second PV array is connected to each other or each neutral point is connected to each other.
