The present invention relates to a method for producing recycled aggregates by controlling the driving speed of a crusher. More specifically, the method comprises: crushing construction wastes using a first crusher; separating and discharging, from the first crushed wastes, scrap metal, soil, waste wood, and various foreign substances and wastes, and transferring recycled aggregates with a predetermined diameter; crushing the recycled aggregates into recycled aggregates with a predetermined diameter using a second crusher; removing foreign substances, included in the second crushed recycled aggregates, by spraying water at a high pressure; dividing the recycled aggregates into recycled aggregates with a predetermined diameter and recycled aggregates with a diameter less than the predetermined diameter, through a mesh, and collecting the recycled aggregates, divided into recycled aggregates for passage and recycled aggregates for residue, using a first and a second hopper, which have gates, respectively; allowing a control unit to control to open the gate of a corresponding hopper and input a predetermined amount of recycled aggregates into a lower-end crusher, when it is determined that the hopper collects recycled aggregates more than a predetermined level, while collecting recycled aggregates according to diameters using the first and second hoppers; and allowing the control unit to operate the lower-end crusher at a fixed speed according to the diameters of recycled aggregates, which are inputted currently, to crush the recycled aggregates. According to the present invention, recycled aggregates with a large diameter can be crushed by reducing the driving speed of the lower-end crusher and recycled aggregates with a small diameter can be crushed by relatively increasing the driving speed of the lower-end crusher, thereby improving the quality of recycled aggregate itself and uniformity and production efficiency as a product. |
