<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic signature method of applying an electronic signature to data to be signed without increasing a possibility that a secret key leaks, and without depending on a platform of a terminal unit. <P>SOLUTION: A program D for creating an electronic signature is generated by embedding the secret key F peculiar to the terminal unit 3 in a program body E including an electronic signature generation program E2 and a self-erasing program E3, and is transferred from an authentication station server device 2 to the terminal unit 3 for storage. When the electronic signature is signed to the data to be signed by operating the terminal unit 3, the data to be signed and the program D for creating an electronic signature are transferred from the terminal unit 3 to an electronic signature server device 4, the electronic signature server device 4 executes processing of the program D for creating an electronic signature to impart the electronic signature to the data to be signed, data with the electronic signature are transferred from the electronic signature server device 4 to the terminal unit 3, and then the self-erasing program E3 erases the electronic signature generation program E2 and the secret key F from the electronic signature server device 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
