<p>The cutter (1) has a rotary milling cutter unit (6) for accumulating soil materials to a dam, and provided in a housing (10), which partially opens in a portion at a dam-side. The housing comprises a housing wall (11) on a side that is opposite to the dam, where the housing wall is spaced apart from the cutter unit. A scraper (20) is provided at an inner side of the housing wall, and adjustable along the housing wall in order to partially scrape the soil material that is adhered to the housing wall. The scraper comprises a wiper whose length corresponds width of the cutter unit.</p> |
