A linear slider assembly includes a sliding rail (2) with a guide slot (22), a slider device (3), and a retainer (41). The slider device (3) comprises a slider body (31) being movable along the guide slot (22), a plurality of balls (32) arranged between the slider body (31) and the sliding rail (2), two end caps (33) disposed on the slider body (31), and a race member (34) connected between the end caps (33) so that the balls (32) can move therewithin. Each of the end caps (33) has a positioning portion (332). The retainer (41) is disposed on the slider device (3) and has a linear central portion (412) arranged in the guide slot (22) and two ends (411) bent from the linear central portion (412) and respectively supported on the positioning portions (332) of the end caps (33). The length (H1) of the linear central portion (412) is less than the distance between the positioning portions (332). |
