Disclosed is a maritime floating wind power generator. The maritime floating wind power generator according to an embodiment of the present invention, includes a wind power generation unit comprising a rotor and nacelles for supporting and enabling the rotors to rotate; an upper tower having the wind power generation unit mounted; a lower structure, a buoyant unit, for supporting the upper tower; a middle structure located on the sea level for connecting the upper tower and the lower structure in the middle; and a single mooring line for connecting the lower structure with seabed to moor the lower structure.
