摘要 <p>The present invention relates to a device and a method for collecting a sample in a borehole, capable of accurately collecting the sample while preventing foreign substances from flowing inside at a targeted depth in the borehole and controlling collection speed by monitoring a measured situation of the sample. The present invention includes a collection cylinder collecting the sample in the borehole; a first camera monitoring a sample discharge unit included in the collection cylinder and the borehole; a first motor inserting the collection cylinder into the sample discharge unit; a vacuum container containing the sample flowing from the collection cylinder; a waterproofing unit having a hollow which is a path for forward and backward movements of the collection cylinder; and a support unit preventing the foreign substances from flowing into the borehole by attaching the waterproofing unit by discharging the sample. The first motor also includes a plurality of protrusions engaged by corresponding to a plurality of grooves included in the collection cylinder.</p>
