The pneumatic curved compression paddle for a digital breast tomosynthesis system with a stationary detector according to one embodiment of the present invention includes an upper plate (100) which is combined with the upper surface of a detector (10); a semicircular vertical plate (200) which blocks the side of a space; and an air injection pipe (300) which injects the air to the space. The space is formed by the upper plate (100) and the detector (10).
