The support has a carrying bearing (1) and a support (2) supported by a spring body (3), where the bearing and the support limit a working area (4) and a balancing area (5). The areas are separated by a separating wall (8) that comprises a through hole (10). A closing body (9) is brought into opening or closed position by an adjusting unit (11) of an adjusting device (12). The adjusting unit is formed by a single-piece switching membrane (13). A pressure chamber having a pneumatic connection (15) for operating the membrane by differential pressure is arranged on a side of the membrane. The switching membrane is made from rubber-elastic material.
