<p>A current-source power converting apparatus (1, 1A, 1B) includes: a converter unit (11, 11A, 11B) configured to convert an AC or DC voltage input from a power supply (2, 2A, 2B) into a predetermined DC voltage; an inverter unit (12, 12B) configured to convert a DC voltage supplied from the converter unit (11, 11A, 11B) via a DC reactor (13, 13A) into an AC voltage and output the AC voltage; and a controller (16, 16A, 16B) configured to control the inverter unit (12, 12B) at a modulation factor in correspondence with a step up/step down ratio based on a ratio of an output voltage from the inverter unit (12, 12B) to an input voltage from the power supply (2, 2A, 2B).</p> |
