PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable table excellent in load-resisting properties in a horizontal position, helping smoothly change the horizontal position to a rising position and easy to decrease manufacturing costs. SOLUTION: The foldable table 1 capable of being changed from the horizontal position to the rising position includes a connection member 2 fixed to a base 6, rotatably set to a top board 5 and having top-board supports 21 for supporting the back of the board 5 in the horizontal position, a lock pin 3 supported by the connection member 2, and a stopper 4 having an engagement recess able to engage with the pin 3. At least one out of the pin 3 and the recess is provided by two or more so that both of the horizontal and rising positions can be locked by the pin 3 engaging with the stopper 4. The connection member 2 includes a pair of sides 22. The pin 3 is supported on both of the sides 22. The board supports 21 are formed on both of the sides 22 in a double mounting state.
