PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the workload of assembling a seat pad and an air distribution duct, and, further, facilitate joining the air distribution duct and a connection pipe on its upstream, so as to enhance work performance of fitting the air distribution duct and the connection pipe. SOLUTION: A duct-containing seat cushion includes: the seat pad 1 provided with a plurality of recesses 20 on the obverse surface 1a on the passenger contact side; and the air distribution duct 5 arranged with a distribution duct main portion 6 on the reverse surface 1b of the seat pad, and provided in an open manner with air discharge ports 64 each matching with each of the recesses 20 on the obverse surface side of the seat pad, and meanwhile, protrudingly formed with an air introducing cylindrical portion 61 having a cylindrical body 61a and a flange 61b projecting outward from the cylindrical body 61a on the reverse surface side of the distribution duct main portion 6. The seat pad 1 is foamed integrally with the air distribution duct 5 inserted in the seat pad. On a portion on the reverse surface of the seat pad located on the back face side of the flange 61b, a step portion 12 one step higher than the reverse surface of the seat pad on the surrounding outer area of the portion above is provided, so that the distal end surface 121 of the step portion 12 comes into contact with the back face of the flange 61b.
