PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair with a rack which has a rack for placing baggage under a seat while avoiding the need of extra work on a chair body. SOLUTION: This chair A with the rack includes the chair body C being nested in the cross direction, and a suspension rack 6 being attachable/detachable with respect to the chair body C, wherein the suspension rack 6 has a rack 7 for placing the baggage, and a suspension portion 8 which is suspended from a seat frame 3, or a horizontal frame, for connecting between front leg frames 2, or the left/right leg frames, of the chair body C under the seat 30 and suspends the front/rear ends of the rack 7.
