The present invention relates to a touch sensor and a manufacturing method thereof. The touch sensor according to the present invention comprises a transparent base, a first electrode formed on one surface of the transparent base, an insulating layer formed on one surface of the first electrode and having a through hole, and a second electrode formed on one side of one surface of the insulating layer. The first electrode is extended to the other side of the one surface of the insulating layer via the through hole.
