Casting mold for producing fruit gum articles from a fruit gum mass, comprises: (a) a first casting mold body (2), which has spatially limited first mold chambers (5), (b) a second casting mold body (3) which has spatially limited second mold chambers (14); (c) fruit gum mass-feed openings (22) provided in the mold second chambers. The first and second casting mold bodies are movable relative to one another between a closing position and an opening position. The first and second mold chambers are arranged adjacent to each in the closed position of the first and second casting mold body. Casting mold for producing fruit gum articles from a fruit gum mass, comprises: (a) a first casting mold body (2), which has spatially limited first mold chambers (5), (b) a second casting mold body (3) which has spatially limited second mold chambers (14); (c) fruit gum mass-feed openings (22) provided in the mold second chambers. The first casting mold body and the second casting mold body are movable relative to one another between a closing position and an opening position. The first mold chamber and the second mold chambers are arranged adjacent to each in the closed position of the first casting mold body and the second casting mold body, to form mold chambers of the respective three-dimensional complete mold chambers for filling the fruit gum mass though the fruit gum mass-feed openings. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a casting apparatus for the production of fruit gum products comprising at least one casting mold, and cast filling device for introducing the fruit gum mass via the fruit gum mass-feed openings; (2) at least one cast filling device has at least one casting body for immersion in the cast mold, preferably in the total molding chambers having a filling, where the at least one cast body is designed like a nozzle; (3) producing fruit gum articles comprising providing at least one cast mold and fruit gum mass, and introducing the fruit gum mass via the fruit gum mass-feed openings into the complete molding chambers, when the first cast molding, and the second cast mold body are in its closed position; and (4) fruit gum products manufactured by the casting mold comprising a first portion, a second portion, where the first and second portions are firmly connected, and the fruit gum product is substantially spherical, ovoid, or ellipsoidal. |
