The present invention relates to a distribution line. More particularly, the present invention provides a distribution line scheme using a high voltage neutral line used as a processing line having a structure of separately installing a high voltage neutral line and a low voltage neutral line, in which the distribution line acts as a processing line to shield the stroke of a thunderbolt, a high voltage neutral line providing a return path of unbalanced current and fault current and an optical fiber used to construct a communication network to reduce disconnection of a power line as lightening overvoltage is reduced, so that power quality can be improved, thereby representing a superior lighting shielding effect. As distribution facilities are simplified, construction facilities can be reduced, a load can be reduced, construction quality can be improved, and urban anesthetics can be improved. The disconnection of the processing line, the high voltage neutral line, and the optical fiber are prevented. In addition, the optical fiber is leased to a communication service provider to create great profits. Communication network lease costs can be saved by ensuring a communication network, so that the high added value of the power facilities is possible. In addition, the disconnection fault at a contact of a secondary neutral line (copper line) of a transformer disconnected caused by the separation of the high voltage neutral line from the lower voltage neutral line is prevented. The disconnection fault resulting from foreign matter connection of the secondary lead line (copper line) of a transformer and a high-voltage neutral line (aluminum) can be prevented, thereby improving power quality. |
