Disclosed is an auto-planting apparatus and a plant growing system comprising same. The auto-planting apparatus comprises: a height sensing unit for sensing height of a plant contained in a tray; a light source unit arranged to be going up and down on the upper side of the plant; a pair of supporters for supporting both sides of the light source unit to be able to slide; a driving unit for moving the light source unit up and down; and a control unit for driving the driving unit to set the height of the light source unit corresponding to the predetermined value by receiving the height signal detected from the height sensing unit. |
