An average of 20 to 30% of the fuel is additionally consumed and the driving output is lowered in summer due to the usage of an air conditioner during the operation of a vehicle. The phenomenon is because a compressor mounted in the vehicle connects to a belt pulley of a crank shaft which is an internal combustion engine to be driven, and increases the fuel consumption while lowering the driving output. Accordingly, the present invention uses a thermoelectric element to completely liquefy the non-condensing gas refrigerant discharged from the condenser of an air conditioning system and completely evaporate the partly liquefied gas from an evaporator to supply the completely evaporated gas to the compressor to minimize the operation of the compressor, thereby requiring lower fuel consumption compared to a conventional air conditioning system while enhancing the cooling effect and the driving output. |
