A phototherapy device e.g. for skin therapy, comprises includes a translucent insulating carrier 10, and an illuminant module 20 disposed inside the translucent insulating carrier 10, where in the illuminant module 20 comprises a circuit board 201, a power supply unit 2011, a switch 2012, and at least one light emitting diode 2013, wherein the power supply unit 2011, the switch 2012, and the light emitting diode 2013 coupled to the circuit board 201 and electrically connected to each other. The translucent insulating carrier may further include an adhesive layer 101 which is disposed on a surface of the translucent insulating carrier. |
