摘要 A method for manufacturing a polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber membrane by performing a non-solvent organic phase separation method under conditions that sealing, length and humidity of an air gap region are particularly maintained is provided, and a hollow fiber membrane manufactured from the method is provided. In a method for manufacturing a polyvinylidene fluoride hollow fiber membrane by a non-solvent organic phase separation process of solidifying, cleaning, and drying a spinning solution discharged from a spinneret in a solidification tank, the method comprises: sealing an air gap region that is a distance between the spinneret and the solidification tank; and maintaining a relative humidity of the sealed air gap region to a range of 50 to 90%, and maintaining a length of the air gap region to a range of 40 to 100 cm. The spinning solution comprises 8 to 50 wt.% of polyvinylidene fluoride. The polyvinylidene fluoride has a molecular weight ranging from 50,000 to 800,000. The non-solvent organic phase separation process is conducted in a spinning solution temperature range of 50 to 200 deg.C.
