The present invention relates to a method to prepare a low-molecular weight gelatin. The method to prepare a low-molecular weight gelatin for the present invention can produce a low-molecular weight gelatin which is depleted of odor, is easily and promptly rehydrated, enables control of the moisture content, and blocks the invasion of microorganisms to allow long-term storage, through a simple process. |
