<p>The device (1) has a detection unit (10) detecting presence of an apron part to define an operating state when no portion of an apron (3) faces toward the detection unit, and another operating state when the portion faces toward the detection unit. Another detection unit (20) detects presence of the apron part in order to define the operating states. The detection units define configuration (C1) corresponding to an identification of an end of displacement in which the former detection unit is in the latter state while the latter detection unit is in the former state.
