<p>The present invention relates to a solar cell module for desert and tropical zone, and a process for producing the same. The process for producing to a solar cell module for desert and tropical zone of the present invention comprises: a first step of testing each of solar cells for organizing a solar cell layer; a second step of connecting, soldering the solar cells in series with ribbon, performing Tabbing & String process for forming strings of solar cells to make said solar cell layer; a third step of supplying glass and arrange EVA for forming a low iron tempered glass layer for being formed on the top of the solar cell layer, a first EVA layer/a EVA replacing layer, and a second EVA layer/a EVA replacing layer for being formed on the bottom of the solar cell layer; a fourth step of laying up solar cells for arranging low iron tempered glass layer and the first EVA layer/a EVA replacing layer on the top of the solar cell layer; a fifth step of welding a bus bar, an electrical wiring pile, for receiving electrical energy from the solar cell layer; a sixth step of forming a sandwich structure by arranging the second EVA layer/a EVA replacing layer, an adhesive attachment felt type glass fiber layer and a reinforced heat resistant back seat layer in turn on the bottom of the solar cell layer; and a seventh step of generating sunlight module by punching the reinforced heat resistant back seat layer and arranging the reinforced heat resistant back seat layer on the punched area about the welded bus bar.
