The present invention provides a film cutting apparatus including a knife for cutting an uncut sheet by moving at an acute or obtuse angle with respect to the uncut film. The disclosed film cutting apparatus comprises: an unwinding roller for unwinding and supplying a wound uncut film; a film sheet cutting unit for forming a film sheet by cutting the uncut film at predetermined intervals; and an uncut film tension adjusting unit including a dancer roller that rises and falls in response to the change of uncut film tension. The film sheet cutting unit includes: a cutter including a transverse knife for forming a film sheet by cutting the uncut film in the process of moving from one end to the other end in the widthwise direction of the uncut film; and a conveyor belt for conveying the uncut film or the film sheet. The film cutting apparatus is configured so that an angle at which a straight line parallel to the moving direction of the transverse knife intersects with a straight line parallel to the transfer direction of the uncut film can be change.
