PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring system of a mobile device, a control method of a monitoring system of a mobile device, a mobile device, a base station, a control method of a mobile device, a control method of a base station, a control program of a mobile device, and a control program of a base station which allow a current state of a user having a mobile device to be notified to a registered mobile device, without regard to a range where connection to a network is allowed. SOLUTION: A monitoring system of a mobile device comprises: the mobile device which includes a cellular communication connection unit for connecting to a base station of a cellular-type communication network and a cellular communication transmission unit for outputting a connection state to the base station to the cellular communication connection unit and transmitting to the base station through the cellular communication connection unit; and the base station which includes a cellular communication configuration unit for connecting the mobile device conducting cellular-type communication and a cellular communication reception unit for obtaining the connection state of the mobile device from the cellular communication configuration unit and receiving from the mobile device to the cellular communication configuration unit.
