Provided is a space-adaptive power usage measuring and controlling device for energy management of a specific space, including a power usage measuring part for measuring real-time amount of power usage of electric devices installed in a specific space; a main board part for performing power usage analysis appropriate for the specific space, on the basis of the result measured by the power usage measuring part; a communications module part in charge of wireless network communications; a connection part in charge of power supply socket connection; and a power control part which is in charge of power control on the electric devices, on the basis of the power usage analysis of the main board part.
