The present invention relates to a pressure sensor using carbon nanotubes and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a high-sensitive pressure sensor for measuring the pressure or weight using carbon nanotubes, and the pressure sensor manufactured by the manufacturing method. The present invention can evenly disperse the carbon nanotubes using a dispersion solution with an optimal component ratio, and improve sensor sensitivity by applying the dispersed carbon nanotubes. Also, the present invention can improve a reaction speed by making the pressure sensor ultra-thin, be economical with a simple manufacturing process, and have a large area using a filtering method due to solution dispersion. |
